Whistle Blowing System (WBS)

 

Whistle Blowing System (WBS) is a reporting facility provided by Bank Banten for employees and/or other parties to report violations that occur within Bank Banten or using Bank Banten facilities.

Any violation committed by :

 

  1. Bank Banten employees or external parties, for example individuals who claim to be customers/debtors or vendors, the reporter can report this via the WBS via the Bank Banten website link, which can be sent via email [email protected] or sent via official letter to the address of the Bank’s Directors.   2. Directors, the report is submitted to the Board of Commissioners via an official letter to the Board of Commissioners of Bank Banten Head Office Complex Duta Indah Iconic Tower H Jalan MH Thamrin KM 2 Floor 16, Kel.Panunggangan Utara, Kec.Pinang, Tangerang 15143
  3. Audit Committee or by the Board of Commissioners, the Reporting Party can submit its report to the Controlling Shareholder through the President Director with an official letter to the address Bank Banten Head Office Complex Duta Indah Iconic Tower H Jalan MH Thamrin KM 2 Floor 19, Kel.Panunggangan Utara, Kec.Pinang, Tangerang 15143

 

Types of Reports That Can Be Followed Up :

 

1. Fraud, Forgery and Embezzlement of Assets.

2. Bribery, is an offense that occurs due to requesting or receiving compensation of any kind and whatever the value, directly/indirectly from debtors, customers, vendors or other employees related to their position, authority and responsibilities which can be detrimental to the Bank.

3. Leaking Bank and Customer Information.

4. Banking Crime (Tipibank), is a violation related to bank work procedures.

5. Violation of the Law.

6. Conflict of Interest, is the abuse of position or authority by management/employees which can create a conflict between their personal/group/family interests and the Bank’s economic interests.

7. Violation of the Code of Ethics.

 

Bank Banten will keep your personal identity as a whistleblower confidential because Bank Banten only focuses on the information you report.

In order to maintain confidentiality, pay attention to the following:

  • If you want your identity to remain confidential, do not reveal/fill in personal data, such as your name, or your relationship with the perpetrators.
  • Don’t tell/fill in data/information that makes it possible for other people to track who you are.
  • Avoid other people knowing your username, password and registration number.
